Modern and very clean with a comfortable bed, ideal location right next to the station. The breakfast offered great variety, catering well even for vegans. the room felt cramped for two guests, making movement a bit challenging. the space around the bar and restaurant area was a bit unconventional, blending functions that might not suit everyone.

Just a balanced option for a stopover in London with good value for cost. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep despite room size. Bring your own kettle if you like tea in the morning.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups
I enjoyed my four-night stay in a King Room as a solo traveler. The staff was helpful when I encountered an issue with the laundry service partner. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and convenient location. For future guests, explore the nearby eateries for diverse dining options.

Solo traveler tech lover
The room was high-tech, like seriously, the iPad controls everything from lights to room temperature! The fridge was super handy for keeping my drinks chilled while I enjoyed the view, just wow!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know what, it was still reasonable for what you get.

the room was super comfy. i loved the tech setup with the ipad to control everything. location is amazin, right near victoria station and lots of restaurants! clean and modern vibe, felt good staying there. staff were really friendly and helped me with my stuff after check-out.
the room was kinda dusty, could use a bit more cleaning. also, had to fetch water bottles from the reception, would be better if they were in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy king room and the great breakfast options each morning. The hotel also had a lounge with comfy seating and a nice little area for relaxing with games. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped, but it didn’t spoil the fun! 😊

The CitizenM has an outstanding location, being just minutes away from Victoria Station. The room was truly unique with its mood lighting options, and I found it relaxing to switch to the blue light setting for a serene night. The staff, especially Ali G, Viola, and Manoj, were incredibly warm and made my stay stress-free by providing efficient service and assistance.

The king room nailed the modern concept with terrific ambient lighting and controls that let you adjust colors and moods. The proximity to the transport hub makes jetting off across the galaxy or just heading out for some local sights a breeze.
Rooms feel a bit snug, which could be a challenge if you're used to more space. The frosted glass door on the toilet offers limited privacy, and for some, that might be a bit disconcerting. Occasionally, the tech went haywire-TVs acting up and room access issues could put a damper on your stay. It seemed like I hit a patch of bad luck with troubleshooting that detracted from what could’ve been a seamless experience.

The room was compact but cleverly designed with an iPad to control lighting, temperature, and entertainment. The bar area was lively and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

This hotel had a unique vibe that I really enjoyed. The common areas felt inviting with plenty of seating options, perfect for hanging out. Staff members greeted me with warmth, making check-in easy, even though self-check-in was available. My room was small, but cozy. I appreciated the large window with a city view. The mood lighting and in-room tech, like the iPad to control everything, added a modern twist. However, the room size became inconvenient. I had to climb over my partner to reach the bathroom at night. The dining options were limited, and the prices felt a bit high compared to local places. Wi-Fi worked well for most of my stay, but occasionally it felt slow. Overall, I think if I return, I’d love to see a more diverse food menu and larger room options.
